We're seeking a future team member for the role of Inter. Rep, Fund/Client Accounting to join our TRADE CAPTURE INDIA team . This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Process and reconcile client securities instructions, cancellations, and amendments related to exchange traded products & Transfer Agent activities for funds on accounting platform in an accurately and timely manner within the NAV deadlines. Proactive follow-up for trade files and preparation of trade packs for the respective funds. Maintain daily and follow the daily check list. Answer queries in a timely and efficient manner. Apply fund accounting trade & transfer agent rules and internal procedures to accommodate client needs/ ensure procedures. Client Contact: liaise directly with clients for instruction-related issues in defined scenarios. Master the internal contingency procedures and acquire a general awareness of BNYM's contingency measures. Serve as a reference point for the team and other departments. The individual has should have understanding of financial services industry and its various components. Experience in Trade processing or securities operations will be an added advantage.
