You will be confident leading toolbox and closure briefings with crew, whilst providing clear job details and expectations to TMO's.
Willing and able to train and upskill our and junior STMS'
Ensure the safety of the Downer crew, subbies, and the general public
This is a permanent, Full Time position, based in Christchurch. We offer a minimum of 40 work hours per week with overtime available.Qualifications:You will be a physically fit and motivated person and will bring with you.
A valid STMS warrant (be it A/B or Level 1/2)
Be physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
Flexibility is desirable given you will be required to work shift work
