Job descriptionWe are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join a Fostering team.ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE A QUALIFIED SOCIAL WORKER, REGISTERED WITH SOCIAL WORK ENGLANDAbout the teamYou will be working for a not-for-profit organisation, responsible for providing a service to foster carers, adopters, children, and young people. You will ensure the best outcomes for children is achieved at all times, alongside the organisations policies and procedures.You must provide customised Social Work support to a cohort of foster carers and/or adopters to ensure they provide a safe and secure environment for children. Other responsibilities will include completing Form F Assessments, attend relevant meetings, regular supervisory visits and partake in the Duty System.About the roleYou will need to have a Social Work degree and previous experience within Fostering is a necessity. A background in Adoption, Child Protection, Children in Need, Looked After Children, or Leaving Care would also be considered. Experience of undertaking assessments is essential.What's on offer?
