a) candidates who have obtained the national scientific qualification pursuant to art. 16 of Law 240/2010 for the competition sector or for one of the competition sectors included in the same macro-sector and for the functions covered by the procedure or for higher functions, provided they do not already perform said higher functions;
b) Associate professors working at other universities;
c) foreign based researchers and university teachers in positions equal to that of the announcement - as determined by the correspondence chart set out in the Ministerial decree 662 on 1/09/2016 and subsequent amendments and additions

(It should be noted that, pursuant to art. 18, paragraph 4, of Italian Law n. 240/2010, may participate in the call only those who during the three years preceding the date of expiry of the notice have not been employed as Full professor, Associate professor, permanent University researcher, fixed-term researcher pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 3, letter a) or b) of Italian Law n. 240/2010, at the University of Udine, or were not holders of research grants or enrolled in university courses at the University of Udine.Applicants must be in possession of a Master's Degree (laurea magistrale) in Medicine and Surgery and Medical Specialization in Plastic surgery issued in Italy or abroad.
