B2B Sales Support Specialist (French & English language)

- Developing relationships with our customers in collaboration with the sales managers.
- Providing a hassle free buying experience to our customers.
- Proactively take on a sales support role by pulling sales orders from existing customers (forecast to delivery)
- Analyzing order patterns, suggesting improvements and flagging deviations
- Managing light accounts and supporting sales managers
- Problem solving: handling of complaints and incidents, including progress monitoring and follow-up
- Order entry, Issuing credits, timely and accurate invoicing
- Keeping price information up to date
- Maintaining customer database
- Collecting and analyzing data for optimization
- Passion for building and maintaining customer relations and satisfaction
- A Bachelor's degree in international commerce or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a customer facing role in a business to business environment
- You speak and read English, French on a professional level.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with SAP is highly beneficial
- The ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally
- Strong commercial skills and social abilities
- You are able to commute to our Montmeló office near Barcelona 4 days per week (possibility to work from home 1 day per week)
