Flourish Education is currently recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant to work within a one-form entry school in Hereford, to join their team on a part-time basis (mornings only). The school has recently been rated ‘Good’ by OFSTED, with the report stating that; ‘Staff are caring and supportive, and, with governing body members, volunteers, and visitors to the school, they create an exceptional place for learning.’You will be working on a one-to-one basis with a pupil in the Nursery who has recently been diagnosed with autism. The school are looking for candidates who are willing to commit to a long-term position to ensure consistency for the child. You will work towards building a great 1-1 relationship with the child, supporting their learning journey.We are looking for a passionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant for an immediate start and to continue until the end of the Summer term.Required Skills and Experience for this SEN Teaching Assistant role:
⦁ Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
⦁ Committed to long term role
⦁ Experience of working with children with SENThe benefits of an SEN Teaching Assistant working for Flourish Education:
⦁ Up to £95 per day which equates to £18,525 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year.

⦁ Holiday Pay - for PAYE candidates you accrue this at 14.36% of your day rate
