- Educational Background: Advanced degree in Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, or related Business fields. A Master's degree with relevant certifications would be advantageous.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability consulting, demonstrating a proven track record in project management and client advisory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in LCA software and industry-standard databases. A basic understanding of reporting analytics and technology tools is essential.
- Certifications: Professional certifications in LCA methodology, sustainability standards, or ISO certifications are highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills are crucial. Ability to understand corporate strategy, manage projects, and work collaboratively in a team environment is required.
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in English (C1 level) is necessary for global collaborations.
