Job Description:We are seeking a Logistics and Purchasing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, along with expertise in invoice management and negotiations. As a Logistics and Purchasing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in accounting tasks while playing a key role in managing purchasing and logistics.Responsibilities: * Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, including tracking payments and invoices.
  • Participate in negotiations with suppliers to secure the best pricing and payment terms.
  • Coordinate purchasing activities, including supplier selection, placing orders, and tracking deliveries.
  • Optimize logistical processes to ensure efficient inventory management and timely product delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure procurement needs are met.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and performance indicators related to purchasing and logistics.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of purchasing and logistics management processes and systems.
Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, logistics, or related field.
  • Excellent English level
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong background in accounting and finance.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to secure favorable terms from suppliers.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and software for accounting and purchasing management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
