- Act as primary point of contact for government clients in South Africa, building relationships and understanding their business needs.
- Proactively manage the renewal process for client subscriptions, ensuring timely renewals and minimal churn
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, usage patterns, and potential expansion opportunities.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed.
- Track and report on key account metrics, such as renewal rates, revenue growth, and client satisfaction scores.
- Stay informed about industry trends and offerings to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software or similar tools.
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Possess extensive experience in account management, ideally within a B2B setting.
- Be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Possess a strategic mindset to identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
