We are presently recruiting for an Assistant Manager for our clients, a leading fashion and apparel chain in Bray, County Wicklow. You will be required to assist in managing and motivating sales associates, providing guidance and support to the manager and ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained, resolving customer issues efficiently. This is a full-time position based in Bray, County Wicklow.Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Support the retail manager in staff supervision, training, and scheduling.
Contribute to inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.
Assist in implementing marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of store cleanliness and presentation.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

The person:

2+ years similar experience
Strong interest in retail and a passion to proceed in career.
Strong IT skills, with the ability to handle administrative duties.

This is a full time position based in Bray. A base salary of €32,000 is offered with additional bonus based on store performance.
