About the Opportunity:Credit Platform support the Group’s growth ambitions through the provision of industry leading credit risk management and decisioning capabilities. This is achieved through transforming our case management and referral management capabilities as well as optimising the Banks automated credit decisioning capability for origination and in-life risk management, utilising market leading technology and new data sources.The Commercial Credit Decisioning Lab is one of four labs in the Credit Platform. The lab’s primary objective is to deliver advancements in automated credit decisioning to deliver growth and efficiency by reducing the time and cost required to take credit decisions, whilst ensuring that those decisions are consistent and deliver the expected outcome.As the Team Product Owner, you will be accountable for a product backlog delivered by two London based feature teams and includes delivering an automated decisioning service for product renewals, credit risk monitoring, credit policy and risk insights.Your accountabilities will include:Ensure that the teams are working on the right set of business problems ("building the right things") and relentlessly focus on delivering value for our customers.Prioritise and balance the needs of the initiatives, collaborators and risk. Maintaining a refined backlog, targeting efficient delivery focused on value and providing clarity to all interested parties.As the product owner you'll work in collaboration with the engineering community to drive and embed agile ways of working and support the prioritisation of modern engineering practices to achieve long term business outcomes.Support development of Lab or Team objectives and key results and provides product performance and benefits realisation data.Defines user-stories at team level to meet customer needs.Work with Customer Journey Managers to analyse user stories for customer journey improvements.Shapes Product vision and roadmap at Team level.Accountable for Product change governance (e.g., CMIA / SPFIA) and Business Readiness activities (e.g., training and comms, testing and readiness for implementation) for their respective features, journeys, or technology components.Why Lloyds Banking Group?We’re on an exciting journey to transform our Group and the way we’re shaping finance for good. Ability to align product strategy with the overall business goals, foresee industry trends, and adapt the product vision and strategy accordingly.Expertise in developing and maintaining a product roadmap that balances short-term achievements with long-term goals, considering collaborator feedback, market trends, and technological advancements.Experience of leading end to end of a software & infrastructure production service across all dimensions of people, process and technology.Stakeholder Management. Strong skills in handling and communicating with collaborators at all levels, including executives, to ensure alignment and agreement on the product vision and roadmap.Effective Communication. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, tailored to a wide range of audiences, from technical teams to executive collaborators.And any experience of these would be really useful:Prior experience of agile delivery.Good understanding of Commercial Credit Risk.Technical Literacy.
