A Moving Experience.Job Description:
  • Manage project with development team consisting of local engineers. Taking full accountability for project planning, organizing, execution, QA and delivery.
  • Provide regular and accurate project baseline report and follow up with billing schedule in Cerence's Oracle system.
  • Coordinate project execution with Cerence R&D team and PS specialists in local and international offices.
  • Organize and lead the meetings and workshops with customer to introduce Cerence technology and solutions, and help customer understand the collaboration model in the project.
  • Help account team to approach potential customers for new opportunities by hosting product/solution workshop and presenting demos.
  • Establish and maintain smooth communication and a solid and productive relationship with the customer through regular reporting, meeting and follow-up.
Job Requirement:
  • Minimum 15 years customer-facing experience managing the full life cycle of complex embedded technology projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must
  • Experience with embedded hardware platforms, operating systems, and software development, preferably related to the automotive electronics/infotainment industry
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimum supervision
  • A good track record at estimating budgets and schedules and delivering on them
  • Ability and willingness to handle period peak demands
  • Professional project management certificate (PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Demonstrated leadership talent to provide direction, motivation and insights to the project team members.
