- Audit Quality Systems and organizational capabilities for deficiency identification and correction.
- Develop and implement quality programs and procedures and gather, analyze and evaluate facts to prepare and present concise oral and written reports.
- MOR analysis of reported occurrences.
- Perform investigations and write reports for accidents, incidents and warranty occurrences.
- Track, analyze, report and problem solve quality issues.
- Coordinate and manage the Quality Assurance Program, Quality Assurance Audit Programs, Quality Assurance Vendor Management oversight, and the regulatory and business compliance as described in EASA Part 145.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with the operations management team, internal customers, vendors, aviation authorities, and all business contacts.
- Providing support to development and implementation of quality programmes;
- Represent company on meetings (local and international);
- Support other group companies;
- Stand by duties as and when required.
- Degree in technical field or Part-66 B1 or B2 equivalent basic knowledge examination
- At least three years of professional experience in an aeronautical industry with min. two years of professional experience in conducting audits (planning, preparation, execution, reporting results and follow-up).
- Experience with quality management systems, preferably with EN 9001 (EN 9110) standard.
- Understanding of a quality system and its development, documentation and implementation to international standards and/or requirements.
- Detailed understanding of EASA Part 145. Knowledge in local EHS regulations and standards (EN14001 / ISO EN 45001) is a plus.
- Detailed knowledge in problem-solving, quality improvement tools and techniques.
- Understanding human factors and motivation; able to work effectively under pressure, multi-task and prioritize.
- Basic course in quality management (including audit module) or an aviation auditor course.
- Excellent Hungarian, English and German language skills, both written and oral.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and teamwork skills.
- Able to travel abroad.
