Job Title ACRS Load CoordinatorBusiness EnvironmentAmadeus Hospitality business unit is aiming to become the industry leader that delivers modern, innovative solutions to our customers and enables them to run their businesses more efficiently, more profitably and deliver a great experience for their guest. As part of the portfolio, Amadeus Central Reservation System (ACRS), offering Hoteliers Shopping and Booking Services, is used by IHG with 6000 properties and soon joined by more high-end customers.PurposeThe load coordinator on ACRS is the liaison agent between two sides of the delivery process, the Software development and qualification and the software load on the various environments part of the standard pipeline. His/her primary mission is to ensure that the transition from development completion to availability on an environment is happening smoothly as per plan and expectation.Main ResponsibilitiesCommon accountabilities :Deployment Planning and PrioritizationPlan deployments of new software versions considering program priorities and different teams, with short-term precision (1 to 2 weeks)Participate in meetings to prioritize tasks based on needs and urgencies.Adjust deployment priorities based on changes in program priorities.Software DeploymentsCoordinate with the deployment team to execute and communicate:Deployments across all test environments (QA).Software packages delivered to production (PRD) and post-production environments.Assist version managers in resolving issues related to environments or deployments.Deployment ValidationEnsure test environments are prepared for validation activities (QA).Ensure validations (QA NRTs) are conducted effectively and in a timely manner.During active validation cycles, assist in making quick decisions on redundant test packages and update the NRT dependency matrix.Stakeholder Management and ReportingCollaborate with:Development leads to coordinate delivery dates as input to the loading cycle.Project and program managers to integrate their objectives into the deployment cycle.Version managers to adhere to deployment constraints.Provide management reports on version progress based on deployments.Process ImprovementAs a key stakeholder in the loading cycle, participate in process improvement regarding:Improving the quality and efficiency of NRTs.ENV and loading issues slowing down the delivery process.Remediation of component or end-to-end (E2E) quality issues.Collaboration and Time ManagementCollaborate effectively with all levels of seniority, from developer (dev) to Vice President (VP).Manage pressure while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely deliveries.Optimize time management to balance different tasks and priorities, ensuring delivery deadlines are met.ExperienceSignificant experience in project management and coordination: At least 5 years of experience in IT project management or coordinating activities related to software development is required.Familiarity with the travel industry is a plus.What we can offer you ?Be rewarded with a competitive remuneration, an individual and company bonus and enjoy many benefits.Work from anywhere: Flexible teleworking from 1 to 3 days per week.
