- Identify and understand the needs of potential learners through effective consultation, ensuring customer expectations are met.
- Manage all stages of the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, guiding applicants through each step.
- Maintain a clean admissions pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of applicant progress.
- Perform administrative tasks related to admissions, such as application processing and documentation.
- Meet and exceed monthly admissions targets by effectively guiding applicants through the enrollment process.
- Deliver exceptional service to prospective and existing customers of Code Institute, addressing inquiries and providing guidance tailored to individual needs.
- Proactively engage with inbound admissions inquiries via phone, email, etc., to provide information and support to potential learners.
- Accurately capture and record required data, processing it through appropriate systems in a timely manner.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with student guidelines.
- Stay informed about technical developments, industry trends, and competitor activities to maintain a comprehensive understanding of our program offerings and the market.
- Engaging learners in a timely manner throughout the application process to ensure consistent follow up.
- Effectively managing time across multiple Admissions streams.
- Reaching target enrollment numbers each month.
- Providing learners with appropriate information advice and guidance to ensure that the right choice of course is made.
- Accurately identifying committed and enthusiastic learners leading to strong completion rates for courses.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with our partners in Colleges and Education and Training boards to ensure a smooth student journey through admissions.
- High energy, positive “can do“ attitude in all interactions, coupled with natural sales instincts
- Team player and ability to work in a high-energy sales environment
- Be ambitious, target driven and be used to exceeding a range of KPIs
- A minimum of 3 years proven track record in sales (telesales is beneficial)
