- Delivering key HR initiatives across the employee life cycle, including workforce planning, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management.
- Ensuring the smooth running of working parties to facilitate the delivery of HR policies, projects and initiatives.
- Analysing and reporting HR information to support benchmarking and the development of HR strategies and solutions.
- Maintaining a clear understanding and providing up-to-date knowledge of the legal framework within which HR operates; developing HR policies in line with current legislation and best practice.
- 3+ years HR experience in a similar industry/environment
- Generalist HR management experience covering all areas of HR management practice.
- Influence and resilience within a matrix organization structure
- Up-to-date knowledge of labour, social and employment legislation
- Experience dealing with employee representatives.
- International exposure or experience
- Experience of working within HR/People capacity in Denmark, and good knowledge of Danish employment legislation are Essential.
- Fluent in Danish and English is Essential.
