- To deliver a professional, high-quality HR coordination service for the campus, acting as a first point of contact to support the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring policy and best practice are followed and providing strong generalist administrative support.
- Delivering the following for the campus and cross college divisions:
- Highly motivated HR coordinator with a range of industry experience in supporting colleagues and the HR department.
- Experience of working within the education sector is desirable.
- Good organisational skills with ability to organise own workload and able to work collaboratively within a team.
- Good standard of computer literacy and have knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to include; communication, adaptability and flexibility.
- Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Maths or equivalent.
- Level 3 CIPD qualification is desirable.
- You will be comfortable talking and engaging with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Be a highly organised, collaborative and enthusiastic team player.
- You will have a keen interest in our industry and willing to undergo further training and development.
