- Most roles at Dimensional will be part of our best-of-both hybrid working model. This includes working together in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and choosing to work in the office or remotely on Mondays and Fridays. This maximizes in person collaboration and interaction while simultaneously providing flexibility. This broad universal approach applies to most roles globally with a few exceptions that require more or less time in the office. - Develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of Dimensional’s investment philosophy and underlying investment strategies and products.
- Effectively and enthusiastically articulate to the marketplace Dimensional’s investment value proposition while differentiating Dimensional relative to its competitors.
- Stay current with industry and academic research, and industry trends.
- Devise and implement the sales, marketing and client service strategy for traditional institutional clients and prospects in North America.
- Effectively collaborate with Global Client Group peers and colleagues, as well as with senior staff across Dimensional globally and locally.
- Develop close working relationships with Dimensional’s global investment and research teams to understand existing and new research/content to use with clients.
- Motivate, lead and develop a diverse team of Sales, Relationship Management and Client Service professionals.
- Ensure sales activities recorded effectively and timely in the firm’s CRM system.
- 15+ years of relevant and successful Institutional sales experience and a proven track record leading a team of client facing professionals.
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or other advanced degrees and relevant licenses or professional certifications preferred.
- Expert ability in translating financial theory and empirical research succinctly and credibly into meaningful conversations.
- Extensive managerial experience leading, developing and motivating teams
- Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build trust and influence at all levels and functions of the organization
- Adept at juggling numerous priorities and managing multiple stakeholders while meeting deadlines with acute attention to detail.
- A personal alignment, understanding and appreciation of Dimensional's investment process, philosophy and business strategy.
