- Proven experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit and Charities sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to commute to Blackburn.
- High level of proficiency in finance software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
