- Ownership of full site trade and management, developing and implementing e-commerce strategies for improving websites' performance.
- Manage project tasks and communication among the teams while keeping the projects on time and on budget. Establish and maintain efficient workflows by using project management tools.
- Track the customer journey from customer acquisition (traffic) to engagement (lead generation), conversion (orders and revenue), and customer retention, making sure that all aspects of the customer experience result in sales and profitability.
- Manage all aspects of web analytics related to ecommerce (including performance metrics such as conversion, return rates, UPT ATV, margin, etc.) and communicate relevant information to the senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring the site meets all legal requirements within data and privacy, including cookies and GDPR, while ensuring that we have optimum tracking for analytical purposes.
- Managing relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including development agencies and all other tech stack partners.
- Manage and develop the e-commerce team.
- Continuous iterative improvement is needed to ensure that the site's product discovery is running at its best to drive conversion. Including search, recommendations, merchandising, and personalisation. Using user experience trends and data to make informed decisions.
- Help define and push live the quarterly content calendar, ensuring all areas are launched on time, including product launches, articles, the help centre, and translations.
- Analyse merchandising reports to ensure a strong e-commerce product assortment for each localised or regional Fred Perry site and identify trends, buying behaviours, and product opportunities to maximise growth and replenishment opportunities by taking remedial action where necessary.
- Work with the development team to integrate with the best-in-class tech stack, ensuring you are up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends and driving innovation.
- Manage and maintain the e-commerce platform to ensure it stays up-to-date and provides the best user experience possible.
- Deliver a localised payment strategy and ensure approval and authorization rates meet industry standards.
- Help to define an optimum delivery and return strategy, implementing any changes to carriers and services globally.
- Working closely with logistics with demand planning in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Ensure the site is web accessibility-compliant, following WCAG 2.2.
- Working closely with the Customer Service Team, assessing trends from customer tickets, and scoping out projects to improve the customer onsite experience.
- Managing the customer services area of the website, updating information, and improving processes. Ensuring we have a best-in-class self-service portal for our customers.
- Effective trading of all local sites currently includes 13 UK, DE, US, FR, IT, ES, PT, INTL, ME (UAE, KSA, EG), AU, and EU sites.
- Working with international teams, including Japan, Korea, the Middle East, and Australia, to consult on web strategies and brand harmonisation.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience
- Solid understanding of web analysis, web design, Google Analytics, and UX.
- Highly organised and methodical with excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tech stacks.
- Confident in delivery e-commerce strategy
- Passionate about the customer and all elements of the customer experience.
- Can demonstrate an understanding and passion for the brand DNA.
- Energetic and enthusiastic, she has a sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- Strong desire to continually learn and develop new skills.
