You will be based in Italy and will gain operational and functional experience rotating across different areas of supply chain and logistics at Kering, with the chance of having an experience within Houses and Regions during the journey. Audacity, ambition, resilience, and tenacity are the qualities we seek, along with an entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to make a difference.Job DescriptionYour opportunityThe Kering KEYS Supply Chain Program (formerly named “The Kering Horizon Program”) invests in high-potential engineering graduates to develop the next generation of logistics leaders.The program equips graduates with the know-how and skills to embark on a career path in logistics management and play their part in our long-term vision of environmentally responsible, innovative global supply chain.Be part of a strong community of graduates.Build essential skills through dedicated development opportunities.During the program, you will take part in tailor-made learning programs and business activities, guided by a member of our senior management who will be assigned to you as a mentor. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and other Graduate Program members on a dedicated team project. The selection process will encompass the following steps:
  • Online application, including a short questionnaire
  • Individual digital test assessment, to assess your logic, reasoning and verbal abilities
  • Group assessment, for deeper insights on your competencies, behaviors and potential
  • Individual interview, to find out more on how your aspirations match with our ambitions
Who you are
  • You hold a MSc (or will graduate by the end of 2023) in Engineering studies; previous intern experience in Supply Chain and Logistics is a plus
  • You are keen on starting a career in Supply Chain and Logistics
  • You value and foster a respectful working environment where everyone is free to be their true selves
  • You have excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • You are passionate about working in a team to achieve shared goals and drive performance
  • You are data driven and have strong analytical skills

  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; Italian and French is a plus
