- Manage company-wide social media channels, including current (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and future platforms (TikTok, Threads, etc.).
- Track and analyze campaign success metrics, providing insights for future initiatives.
- Oversee creative design for social media assets, ensuring brand consistency.
- Provide strategic social media guidance to stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Engage with clients, partners, and employees online, fostering meaningful interactions.
- Monitor social media trends and tools, implementing relevant strategies for brand enhancement and reputation.
- Act as a support for crisis management communications, monitoring platforms and addressing issues as necessary.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Proficient in utilizing analytical tools to assess the effectiveness of programs, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

- Familiarity with social media management and listening platforms such as SproutSocial, Hootsuite, or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree or training in communications, marketing or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven success in executing social media marketing strategies within a fast-paced corporate environment.
