Get in touch with us to discuss in more detail.Part Time Employee Communications and Engagement Manager (IT & Change)Part Time - 3 days a weekLondon (City) - Hybrid (2 days a week)We have an exciting opportunity for an Employee Communications and Engagement Manager to join our business and partner with our IT function on part time basis. In this role you will develop communication and engagement strategies and plans, bringing what we do and how we do it to life.Reporting into the Director of Employee Communications and Engagement, you will communicate our various activities and objectives for the function, including sharing our employee survey results and supporting action planning, organising virtual and face to face briefings and drafting news items for our intranet. You will also support the Executive team member with their own communication and engagement programmes and provide relevant advice and insight as requiredKey responsibilitiesDevelop departmental engagement and communication strategies and action plans using a variety of channels, targeted to relevant audiences, with appropriate feedback measures in placeSupport projects and programmes, from transformation activities through to recognition schemes, will clear and engaging communicationsDraft emails and scripts for the Exec team member, and help to be their ‘eyes and earsSupport local town halls and other appropriate internal communication events – from logistics through to content deliveryDraft relevant communications and ‘hold the pen’ from initial drafting through to publication (including on the intranet)Support the delivery and results cascade of the employee engagement surveys, supporting the HRBP to communicate results and draft local action plansWork with the Group Communications and Engagement team to support Group wide initiatives and ensure messages are shared appropriately within the functionReview external communication and engagement ideas and best practice making suggestions to enhance these areasSkills and Experience:To be a success in this role, we are looking for someone with experience in an internal communications role, as well as the following:Exceptional communication skills – written and verbalSignificant and proven experience of drafting copy for a range of audiencesExperience of developing, implementing and managing communication and engagement strategies and operational plansStrong relationship and stakeholder management skillsExperience of engagement strategies and using tools (such as Peakon)Experience in change managementDegree in communications or related subject (desirable)Company BenefitsA Competitive Salary, Pension Scheme and Life AssuranceAlong with 25 Days Annual Leave plus an Additional Day on us for your BirthdayPrivate Medical Cover and Income Protection, just in caseA generous and highly achievable bonus scheme – paid annually based on individual and company performance against targetsOpportunity to progress within your career both in-role and within the companyFREE access to the Headspace App, a 24/7 Employee Assistance Helpline and Trained Physical & Mental Health First Aiders (On-Site)A variety of Employee Funded Benefits available to you via our Online Benefits PortalPlus, several additional purchase options available for you and your loved onesAbout UsWe’re a FTSE 250 Financial Services company who specialise in retirement solutions and right now, our world is moving pretty quickly.How people work, save, and plan for the future is all changing.
