JBS can provide you with more than a job, it can provide a long-term rewarding career.About the RoleThe Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) program is highly valued by both Australia and the Pacific, helping Australian organisations address workforce shortages whilst also supporting the economic growth of Pacific island countries and Timor-Leste. As an approved employer, JBS Australia is currently recruiting a PALM Coordinator to join the Group Talent Acquisition Team. As the PALM Coordinator, you will work closely with HR and site-based leaders to coordinate and manage the daily operations of the PALM program.Based in JBS' new Brisbane CBD office your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and managing the PALM program focussing on recruitment and onboarding
Working closely with DEWR to ensure efficiency and sponsorship obligations are met
Working closely with the site HR Wellbeing coordinators to ensure the employee and onboarding experience runs effectively
Managing site expectations by providing updates to PALM resourcing plans based on recruitment plan approvals, candidate availability and visa processing times
Engaging with external vendors and government departments including migration agents, destination service providers and DEWR
Conducting meetings with internal and external stakeholders to provide direction, advice and query management
Attending sites to support the onboarding and settlement of new employees
Process development and improvement to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the PALM program
Maintaining accurate data records for immigration and reporting purposes

Please note: The successful candidate will be required to travel regularly to the Pacific Islands to provide in-person support during the in-country recruitment campaigns.About YouIn this autonomous role, you will have a strong stakeholder and customer service focus with the ability to prioritise and multi-task. This position will best suit someone with:

Previous experience and in-depth knowledge of the PALM program
Previous recruitment coordination experience in a PALM setting advantageous
Previous experience working with Australian immigration and visa processing
Strong computer literacy skills
Exceptional ability to prioritise and multi-task
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills, problem solving and commercial acumen
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of the meat processing industry advantageous
