Responsible for all Accounts Payable Vouchers, Summarizing Receivable-Others and Accounts Payables Reports.

Prepare accounts payable vouchers accurately.
Ensures up to date summary of Receivable-Others.
Submitting reports as per scheduled due dates on time.
Includes all, but not limited to, the responsibilities listed below:
Accuracy of the amounts reflected on the vouchers including input taxes and withholding taxes.
Correct usage of Charts of Accounts for each transaction.
Coordinates to the person in charge for some issues pertaining on the billings.
Preparation and submission of vouchers for signature to the manager on schedule.
Review Statement of Accounts given by customer for the paid and unpaid billings.
Submits monthly Accounts Payable Summary.

Graduate of Accountancy or equivalentAt least 2 years related work experienceExcellent ability to analyze data, high attention to details, organized and computer literate.Knowledgeable with basic accounting principles.
