- Ensure that all telephone calls are answered courteously and efficiently - in a warm and professional manner, adhering to Strand Palace standards.
- Ensure guest/agent bill backs are done accurately and efficiently and checked against bookings.
- Ensure all billing transactions are completed in accordance with the procedure and any discrepancies/issues are raised and resolved.
- Update the hotel's PMS with guest registration details to streamline guest profiling.
- Follow up on guest requests by alerting other hotel teams such as Maintenance and Housekeeping via the workflow management tool and checking tasks for completion.
- Take Room Service orders and input them in the ordering system. Be aware of the current menu offerings and upsell opportunities available.
