Strand Palace is looking for an enthusiastic Guest Service Centre Agent, to be the first point of contact for all our incoming calls to the hotel. What You Will Be Doing
  • Ensure that all telephone calls are answered courteously and efficiently - in a warm and professional manner, adhering to Strand Palace standards.
  • Ensure guest/agent bill backs are done accurately and efficiently and checked against bookings.
  • Ensure all billing transactions are completed in accordance with the procedure and any discrepancies/issues are raised and resolved.
  • Update the hotel's PMS with guest registration details to streamline guest profiling.
  • Follow up on guest requests by alerting other hotel teams such as Maintenance and Housekeeping via the workflow management tool and checking tasks for completion.
  • Take Room Service orders and input them in the ordering system. Be aware of the current menu offerings and upsell opportunities available.

  • previous experience within hospitality or a service-based industry is an advantage, but not essential.
