Our cities are changing. The shift towards sustainable mobility coupled with an ever increasing density is shaping the new urban landscape. Key challenges are arising such as:
  • How can we free-up space in our streets and give it back to pedestrians and cyclists without ignoring the impact on drivers?
  • How can we enable the electrification of vehicles with the suitable charging infrastructure?
  • Where should all the bicycles, cargo bikes, and scooters go at the end of the ride?
BePark aims to provide a better mobility experience to this generation and the next. In short, we hunt for unused private parkings and open them to the crowd for various uses: car park (keeping cars off-street), bicycles, EV charging, Last-mile delivery...Our goal is ultimately to generate a network of mobility hubs throughout cities in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.Today we are a team of 30 delivering mobility services across 500 parking lots for our community of 16k active users. Let's grow this network together !DEPARTEMENT PRESENTATIONMain mission of the department : The Portfolio & Operations department oversees all post-sales activities of BePark including parking activation, day-to-day operations, optimisation of portfolio revenue, account management. As a rapidly growing and evolving company, the Operations department is tightly coordinated across roles and countries, enabling the team to optimize tasks and missions.Main mission of the role : Essential part of the department, the Property manager enables parking availability by managing our technology, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supervising service providers. The Property manager also contributes to guaranteeing an optimal client experience and is expected to propose new perspectives and ideas to improve our processes.Positioning the agent in the department’s organizational chart :
  • Daily interaction and coordination with the Operations and Sales teams
  • Reporting to the Asset Manager(s) of the country
RequirementsResponsibilitiesAs Property Manager assistant, you will: * Parking operations (40%)
  • Coordinate with parking owners to guarantee parking accessibility and ensure a minimum downtime (=inaccessibility) of our parkings
  • Support in the activation and follow-up of the B2B user contracts (f.e. indexation, etc.) and ensure an optimal client experience
  • Supervise and support external service providers active on our parkings (f.e. control rounds)
  • Manage access control attributions for the french market (a.o. stock management of badges)
  • Find out the bottlenecks in the process of optimization
  • Assistant to the Asset Manager France (40%)
  • Support the Asset Manager regarding administrative tasks
  • Propose innovative solutions and improvements in collaboration with internal BePark services (Marketing, Growth and Customer Service)
  • Assistant to the Head of Expansion France (20%)
  • Database analysis
  • Sectorial and Geographical benchmarking
  • Parking owner lead qualification
Profile
  • Pursuing a masters degree in business or a relevant field, affinity with real estate is a strong asset
  • Experience in a business analyst, sales or sales support role preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with strong intrapersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluent in English and French
