- Responding to IT support requests via email, phone, or in-person.
- Collaborating with the IT team to resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintaining accurate records of IT issues and solutions.
- Assisting in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades.
- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) a plus.
