Join us and let's build the future.Job Summary:The Quality Engineer II is responsible of the quality assurance in all Belden production processes. Coordinates the activities of quality technicians and jr engineers to meet the first pass yield, flow fall out and DPPM unit goals. He/She must impulsecontinuous improvement using quality tools, green belt, lean manufacturing, A3 and kaizen events. Should lead multidisciplinary teams to find root causes and solve process concerns. Is responsible of leading audits, documenting, and testing processes guided by ISO9001, IATF, ISO14000, UL, CSA & ETL. This position reports directly to the Quality Manager of the unit.Responsibilities:- Lead and submits PPAP documentation required by IATF (process flow, PFMEA, Gage R&R, dimensional analysis, SPC, inspection plans, capacity analysis#)-#Leads a group of ~10 technicians on a 24 hours operation.-#Guides the technicians to help them growth within the company.-#He is responsible of meeting the FPY, DPPMs and FFO results by following them daily. Provides paretos, 5 whys, root causes and actions in the case that any of them does not meet the expected goal.-#Must response customer complaints in the period determined working together with the production, engineering, materials and planning teams.-#Must attend ISO, UL, CSA and ETL external audits.Required Skills and Experience-#3-5 years of experiences in quality control areas.-#English written and spoken.-#KPIs control and lead.-#Problem solving experience.-#8D#s.
