National leading aged care provider is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lifestyle Coordinator to join this wonderful regional facility.You will play a key role in creating and executing a variety of lifestyle programs for residents. Key to your success will be your ability to ensure the wellbeing of a diverse range of residents lifestyle needs are catered for.Key Responsibilities:· Develop, Plan and execute a range of lifestyle programs ensuring variety and frequency· Carry out lifestyle assessments ensuring residents needs are met· Coordinate events, working with suppliers and internal teams to ensure maximised participation· Participate in management meetings and present new lifestyle program opportunities· Develop key relationships with Volunteers assisting in lifestyle programs, ensuring regular communication and enquiries are handled in a timely mannerKey Criteria:· Previous experience in a similar role· Events Coordination/Management exposure highly regardedCert IV Leisure & Health.· Excellent communicator, facilitator and relationship builder· Effective planning, budgeting and organisation skills· Able to work flexible hours as and when requiredLooking for a lifestyle change?
