- Develop and implement quality procedures, quality plans, and quality performance trends related to Airbus and other key customers.
- Help the business achieve compliance to business objectives, program requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Update Quality Assurance procedures, quality plans, work instructions and forms when required.
- Managing and collecting of data from testing lab or physical processes and products, to ensure compliance with customer's material specifications and qualifications.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure continued compliance with changes to customer and industrial specification requirements.
- Prepare and distribute quality-related reports required by customers, vendors, the Company, and other entities.
- Assist in and/or coordinate internal and external vendor, customer quality audits, process and product audits.
- Oversight of annual sample management programs.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 5 years' experience in manufacturing or related field.
- Must have working knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes and principles.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution.
- AS9100 auditor experience.
- Skilled in use of personal computers with emphasis on analytical software.
- Excellent verbal & written communication, presentation, training and leadership skills; strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take initiative, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work in a team environment essential.
- Knowledge of Quality methods, techniques and equipment such as PPAP, Gauge R&R, etc.
- Knowledge of use of a wide variety of measuring instruments and complicated drawings.
