Job Purpose:

Manages the Oracle system and associated tools, applications, and interfaces.
Converts and sets up the IT business solutions for Finance and Inventory processes in Oracle Cloud.
Analyzes, creates/modifies, and tests the enhancements in the ERP system to support the company's business requirements.
Provides timely and accurate information to support management’s decision-making through the development of system reports.

Job Scope:

Ensures that the ERP system is working accordingly based on the business requirements.
Performs systems improvements and business process analysis.
Implements process enhancements as required by the business.
Provides end-user support ensuring the ERP operational requirements are met.
Reports development for various business needs

Educational Background:

Computer Science graduate or any related 4-year degree course preferred with knowledge of ERP (e.g. Oracle)

Experience:

At least 3-4 years of experience in application design.
At least 3-4 years of experience in database management.
ERP Certification (e.g. Oracle) and Database Administrator / SQL Certification are advantages.

Skills and Personality Needed:

Good communication skills
Computer literate
Detail-oriented person
Can work with minimal supervision
High level of leadership skills
