Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Care Assistant to work within Central Bedford Council.This position is a temporary Role for 9 months with the possibility to be extended and pays £11.79 (PAYE) to £14.45 (Umbrella) Per Hour.Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while promoting independence and respecting dignity.
Assist with medication administration under the direction of senior staff, ensuring adherence to prescribed medication schedules and protocols.
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, engaging in meaningful interactions and activities to promote socialization and well-being.
Assist residents with meal preparation, serving, and feeding as necessary, considering individual dietary preferences, nutritional needs, and any specific requirements.
Maintain a clean and tidy living environment for residents, including light housekeeping tasks such as making beds, tidying rooms, and laundering residents' clothing and linens.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, infection control protocols, and safeguarding procedures always.

Applicant Requirements:Qualifications: relevant qualifications for this role.Experience: 2 years' experienceCompliance: 3 years references.
