DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team, to work together with the Account Management, Creative and Media teams to deliver impactful projects. The role is reporting to the Head of Digital. Key Responsibilities : · Digital Strategy: Comprehend and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. · Digital Content: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content. · Social Media Management: Create and manage social media accounts, develop content calendars, and engage with the online community to build brand loyalty. · Analytics and Reporting: Monitor digital performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. · Understands and collaborates for 360 communication · Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI. · SEO, SEM and Email Marketing knowledge is a plus. Requirements : · 3+ years of experience in a similar position at an agency or in-house. · Minimum BSc/BA in Communication, Marketing, or in a related field. · Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role. · In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices. · Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). · Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. · Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills. · Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, Greek and English presentation. · Team spirit and “get things done” mindset with positivity, enthusiasm and smile!
