- Provide strategic guidance and support throughout the development, financing, and acquisition phases of projects.
- Conduct thorough analysis and due diligence to identify risks and opportunities associated with projects.
- Negotiate and draft complex agreements, including project finance documents, PPAs, and concession agreements.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, financial institutions, legal advisors, and project partners.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure and energy project finance, with a focus on PPP transactions and renewable energy projects.
- Proven track record of success in advising sponsors and financiers on major projects, as demonstrated by rankings in Chambers and IFLR 1000.
- Strong understanding of project finance structures, legal frameworks, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
