Our client is a Global specialist distributor with an office based in the heart of Stoke on Trent. People are at the heart of their business and are key to their successes. We are looking for a HR and Payroll Officer to join their welcoming team on a permanent basis.Responsibilities:
  • Completing new starter and leaver processes
  • Supporting the HR department with Administration responsibilities including occupational medicals, reporting/ management of data and employee communications including emails and letters
  • Resourcing and recruiting candidates
  • Processing bureau payrolls for 350 employees ensuring accuracy including overtime, deductions, pensions and bonus payments.
  • Maintaining all employee data
  • Reviewing and maintaining employee absence records
  • Managing pension schemes, bonus payments, P11Ds and salary reviews
To be successful in the role you will have the following skills:
  • Experience within a similar role either within HR, recruitment or Payroll
  • Excellent IT and numeracy skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
