- Completing new starter and leaver processes
- Supporting the HR department with Administration responsibilities including occupational medicals, reporting/ management of data and employee communications including emails and letters
- Resourcing and recruiting candidates
- Processing bureau payrolls for 350 employees ensuring accuracy including overtime, deductions, pensions and bonus payments.
- Maintaining all employee data
- Reviewing and maintaining employee absence records
- Managing pension schemes, bonus payments, P11Ds and salary reviews
- Experience within a similar role either within HR, recruitment or Payroll
- Excellent IT and numeracy skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
