Sales Operations Analyst

• Manage customer coding requests and submissions following established policies
• Ensure the validity and data integrity of the customer information across various systems and reporting tools
• Drive the end-to-end customer coding approval process flow to ensure an efficient and timely completion of requests from all stakeholders
• Generate and submit required reports to WSTS per the established deadlines
• Enhance all business processes for productivity and the changing business environment
• Develop guides and documentation to ensure dissemination of knowledge and procedures
• Coordinate with internal accounting and legal team for SOX and trade compliance
• Support future mergers and acquisitions from a customer master standpoint
• Evaluate and propose process improvements to simplify or increase efficiency in customer coding procedures
• Communicate effectively with all audience levels, in a structured manner
• Other projects, ad-hoc tasks and data analysis as required by Sales Management

• Bachelor's Degree with a desire to work in a Sales and Marketing analytical environment
• 3+ years of comparable experience
• Experience in data analytics
• Proven experience with Microsoft Excel (Power Pivot, Excel Queries)
• Experience with data query such as SQL preferred
• Experience with Microsoft PowerApps preferred
• Experience with Tableau preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously
• Time management/prioritization skills and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
• Collaboration with team members globally to achieve productive results
