- Be responsible to define maintenance plan for air compressors system, chillers, air-conditioner system and ventilation, power station, water treatment system, wastewater treatment system, fire prevention and fighting system, building, canteen facilities, security and alarm system, time reader system, camera system, public sound system, telephone system, Ensure the systems available to support manufacturing.
- Supervise the implementation of improvement and renovation projects in Plant.
- As Facility Security Coordinator for Molex Thailand Plant. Be responsible for addressing security issues which include, but not limited to Security Incident response, Security Risk Assessment, Facility Security Plans, and adherence to the Molex Security Compliance Standard and federal, state and local regulations related to security.
- Vendor management for Canteen, House Keeping, Transportation, Nursing, Uniform and Travel Management.
- Manage Engineering documentary request from internal customers.
- Co-ordinate with Product Engineer, Purchase, Sales, Marketing to understand and comply to customer requirements and regulatory requirements.
- Support to review and analyze data requirement from Key customer.
- Assure on time support MPS division Task for achievement as Molex Thailand plant representative.
- Respond to Technical inquiries, requirements in timely, proactive and effective manner.
- Carry out special assignment / projects assigned by Plant Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational health and safety, or any related disciplines.
- At least 7 years of experience in environmental health and safety, background in manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge about EH&S management system: ISO 14001/ISO 45001 and related industrial standard.
- Possess analytical thinking skills and sense of urgency.
- Being integrity, high entrepreneurship, and strong leadership.
- Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Good command of English and computer skills (MS office).
