- Oversee financial planning processes for the European region, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-term planning.
- Develop financial models to aid strategic decisions and analyze financial results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate financial insights to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Work with other finance teams globally to streamline processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
- Lead various projects and support the broader finance team in implementing new systems and processes.
- Manage a team of financial analysts, offering guidance, setting goals, and encouraging a collaborative work environment.
- Act as a mentor to team members and promote professional development.

- Over 5 years of experience in FP&A, ideally in technology or software-related industries.
- Proficient in Excel with strong financial modeling skills.
- Experience in managing teams and promoting a collaborative work culture.
