Teaching Personnel are working with excellent Primrary Schools in Dorset Area who require a Full-Time Learning Support Assistant!As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to provide support and assistance to students with diverse learning needs.What will your day look like? You will:- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with learning disabilities or special educational needs.- Assist students in understanding and completing assignments.- Implement individualized learning plans developed by teachers and special education professionals.- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social-emotional development.- Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.- Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.Qualifications:- Previous experience working with individuals with special educational needs preferred.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students.- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the needs of students.The role is for 5 days per week, Monday-Friday Term Time OnlyIf this sounds of interest to you, please contact the Dorset Primary Branch on 01202 297744 or send your CV over to
