Some of the essentials for you to know are:Location: our office in Milan, ItalyReports into: Controlling ManagerContract Type: PermanentWorkplace Type: HybridHere is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:Support to organize all A&P planning activities and financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning;Monitor and analyse A&P investments in relation with principal business KPI (ROAS, CAC, LTV etc.)Perform cost analysis and verify any deviation from the budget/forecast and vs previous years;Assist monitoring and analysing costs and data;Support the monthly and annual consolidation process with the Finance Controlling function.Actively support Business stakeholders and A&P Business Partner in preparing business casesChallenge and improve current ways of working, creating best-practice processes and systems to support business initiativesThe type of person we're looking for:Degree in Economics or Management Engineering;4/6+ years of experience in a similar position in an established organization;E-commerce company experience will be considered as a plus;Outstanding analytical abilities, precision, a result-driven orientation and aptitude for problem solving;Project management skills;Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Portfolio tools;Excellent knowledge of English;Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;Knowledge of Navision will be considered as a strong plus;Experience in performance marketing as a strong plus;Occasional business trips could be required.From the moment you join the YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP we are committed to making your journey with us inspirational and evolutionary.
