- To develop Syteline 'Bills of Manufacture' in support of go-live and day-to-day operations thereafter.
- To develop and apply System level Operations (routings) strategy/policy to support APS Planning across: -
- Order Admin time.
- Engineering time.
- Purchasing time.
- Build time (see below).
- To develop simple Operations (routings) strategy/policy to support APS Planning and Lean Value Steam production operations: -
- Stores kitting
- Assembly & Test
- Packing & Shipping
- To maintain Process Time and Costing structures
- Operations and Resource group management.
- To maintain M-BOM engineering change (FRN's, ECO's & DP's).
- To develop rule sets to aid automation and integrity.
- To seek further automation in parallel with PLM strategy.
- Carry out any other tasks that may be reasonably required by the Company.

- Education in Engineering, Industrialization, Operations, Industrial, Supply Chain
- Technical education
- Strong experience in data management:
- An understanding of BOM's - Costing and Routing structure/purpose.
- Configuration management, routings and assembly instructions.
- Excellent IT skills (Excel) to aid data extraction/manipulation from the Aras and Blueprint and into Syteline.
- Clarity of written and verbal communication, particularly with Operations and Engineering colleagues
- Attention to detail
- Takes ownership of solving problems
- Route Card structure/data.
- Attention to detail and data validation/checks.
- Ability to form rule sets and logic. Understanding of BOM's Costing and Routing structure/purpose.
- Ability to quickly grasp: -
- Syteline mechanics/data - including the Advanced Planning System (APS).
- Aras (and Blueprint) mechanics/data.
