Our main focus is on committed learners from around the world, who are motivated by outcomes because they want to reach their full potential through learning English.Role OverviewThe objective of this position is to drive enterprise level contracts, focused on digital solutions which are large-scale, multi-service, multi-product solutions within our key market segments. You will apply a high-level sales strategy and acute business acumen to cultivate and sign profitable contracts which include products and services such as assessment, courseware, digital content, and tutoring support. You will be part of our Regional sales team responsible for business development growth including accurate pipeline tracking and delivering financial KPI's within the organization.The key focus of an Account/Relationship management professional is to identify strategic market opportunities, deliver impactful presentations of comprehensive Pearson English Language Learning solutions, develop a sales strategy to drive market share gains within multiple market segments. You will work with internal stakeholders including content development, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver solutions to the market.High Level Responsibilities.Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.Client Needs Analysis: Continuously assess and understand client needs, preferences, and feedback to offer personalized service and solutions.Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand business with existing clients, contributing to revenue growth and account profitability.Client Retention: Implement strategies and actions to retain key clients, focusing on high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (such as sales, marketing, and product development) to ensure that client needs are met and that account strategies are aligned with overall business goals.Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate terms and manage contracts with clients, ensuring clarity, mutual benefit, and adherence to agreed terms.Problem Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, swiftly addressing and resolving any issues or concerns that arise.Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of client accounts, using data to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to proactively adjust account strategies and maintain competitive advantage.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum Qualifications5+ years as a proven and successful key account managementIf Language is not the primary language a B2 level at minimum is needed, and will favorably impact it's relationship and collaboration as this role is part of a Global Sales Organization.Excellent communication skills; Respecting others' points of view through engagement and interest. Using relevant knowledge and know-how to explain and clarify thoughts and ideas.
