- Oversee and lead all sales initiatives across 4 teams with Country Managers in the direct reporting line.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base across the entire product suite.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships and partnerships, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Leading, mentoring, and expanding the sales team, including recruiting, setting objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Analyzing market trends and sales data to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement in our sales tactics.
- Overseeing sales budgets and providing detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual profit forecasts and revenue reports to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- At least 4 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Professional fluency in English. Additional language skills in French, Dutch, Portuguese, Danish, Greece or Polish are an advantage.
