- Provide coaching and training to account teams with in-scope accounts following proof of concept on client experience improvements.
- Be prepared to lean in and support on projects and development of client experience improvements.
- Lead bid teams on in-scope new logo opportunities and ensure all current client experience improvements differentiating Aon from competitors are best incorporated into proposals and presentations.
- Drive account teams to exceed expectations by delivering client experience improvements with excellence across all commitments and service delivery.
- Solicit client satisfaction feedback through engagement survey results, combined with completing analysis and documenting performance against client objectives in advance of stewardship and client compensation negotiations.
- Establish and maintain cadence to communicate account developments with delegated managers and Executive Client Contacts.
- Identify and engage resources to bring the appropriate collateral, software, analytics and tools to support clients in making better Risk Capital and Human Capital based decisions.
- Thoroughly complete client pre-renewal discovery discussions, uncover near-term renewal objectives and update long-term risk maturity aspirations.
- 10+ years Account Executive experience on complex and large accounts.
- Track record of client leadership through onboarding, education, team coordination and renewal.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create a collaborative and results driven team environment.
- Track record of new business production as primary producer or key team member.
- Strong technical insurance and multinational program placement knowledge.
