Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for an individual to support, lead & drive the Commercial planning agenda for BENELUX!This is your opportunity to join our recently established Regional Commercial Development (RCD) team in Western Europe.Relocation is not offered for this position.Core ResponsibilitiesDrive the Commercial Planning team agenda for Regional Commercial Development (RCD) with focus on Commercial Target Management (CTM) for in-year execution priorities within the business units.Lead Commercial Planning within the BU, working closely with the Sales Team (process, briefing, follow up), based on CTM & TPM (Trade Promotion Management) tool dashboards.Support cross-functional in year key shopper occasions stress tests based on TPM.Support the BU Lead with Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) & Joint Business Planning (JBP) preparation & process with a focus on Insights & Channel workshops.Drive local CTM agenda to enable the Sales teams for consistent tool usage, secure data quality with close connection to local Super User & RCD Tools & System Special point of contact.Drive BU specifics when it comes to Customer Pulse, Commercial Selling In Materials and Confidentiality.Lead a commercial project to ensure alignment and progress across all BUs in Western Europe.Do you have what it takes?Strong history of business performance in commercial roles.Extensive and current perspective of the retail and channel landscape across Western Europe and specifically in BENELUX.Strong commercial awareness, and the capability to build and interpret financial frameworks, models and scenarios to guide commercial investment decisions.The ability to operate with both internal and external partners across functions, including experience of driving sophisticated projects.Strategically strong with a pragmatic approach to wider business challenges and ability to thrive when faced with ambiguity.Strong analytical skills with a track record of turning insights into action plans.A passion for newness, creativity and organisational change when proposing and implementing innovative ways to grow.A proactive approach to unlocking opportunities and overcoming / mitigating challenges.Business proficiency in English language .Play your part in our team succeedingThe Western Europe Region is the largest Market Group within The LEGO Group and covers 16 countries.
