The team, position & mission:Cybersecurity has full responsibility for the operation of security services in the security services portfolio. The department manages the implementation and operates the security services for all customers including internal use of the security services. Cybersecurity is also the company's security incident response team.We are looking for a senior person with a detail-oriented problem-solving approach and a strong interest in security to join our existing team of 11 people. If you have a high level of professional integrity, are able to handle sensitive/confidential information and possess the ability work with external customers and represent Orange Business externally, this could be your future role.You will work operationally with Cybersecurity for Orange Business and its customers, as part of the Cybersecurity team. Their work consists of implementing, managing, and automating our security systems and services. With a proactive mindset, you will make it harder for adversaries to gain access to Orange Business and its customer systems through security threat research (intelligence & hunting), vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, security review work and the development of effective countermeasures.Your key areas of responsibility as Senior Cybersecurity Engineer:

Ensuring that Orange Business and its customers are secure through operation of the Security services portfolio

Managing security services we provide our customers

Design, implement and continuously work to enhance implemented security related applications and services to aid investigating and identifying security threats, incidents, and vulnerabilities

Investigate and act on security incidents

Conduct IT-Forensics on compromised systems

Contributing to our 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) as an on-call resource on a rotational basis

Participate in internal and external meetings and assist with pre-sale, product, services and strategy

Act as an advisor for both internal and external stakeholders

As an ideal candidate you have:

At least 7 years of experience within an IT operations environment and from using related technologies (system administration or infrastructure engineer)

At least 2 years of experience with Cybersecurity or similar field

Experience with NDR, IDS, Vulnerability scan, Anti-DDoS, EDR, SIEM, WAF, MFA or other security solutions

Experience with Windows, Linux and/or Network-based architecture

Experience with blue team security

Experience from Security Incident Response Team or SOC

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Swedish/Norwegian

It is not a requirement, but other preferred qualifications would be:

Knowledge of Cybersecurity in public cloud

Knowledge of red team security / penetration testing

GSEC, Comptia Security+, CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst, CompTIA PenTest+, GCIA, GCIH, GPEN, GCFE, GCFA, CEH or equivalent security certifications

ISO27001, PCI-DSS or other information security certifications
