- Identify and generate potential new leads
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve targets
- Construct and brand job advertisements for clients
- Attend meetings virtually to demonstrate how our product works and secure new business
- Producing proposals and converting to deals
- Provide weekly forecasts to and keeping an active, organised pipeline
- Being a supportive and productive member of the team
- Two years sales experience
- Experience closing deals
- Experience conducting meetings with clients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Experience managing client relationships and understanding client needs
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Full-time position with a salary of up to £32,000
- Uncapped commission up to 20%
- OTE – £70,000
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and you’ll get an extra 2 ‘duvet days’ after the first year
