A Human Resource Manager would be responsible for managing and setting up a HR department in the organization.His/her day-to-day functions would include ensuring the organization has the required workforce, attendance and other such basic functions, creating training programs for the existing and new staff as required, salary management, etc.The overarching goal of the HR Manager would be to create a culture of openness and harmony within the organization by organizing activities such as small scale birthday celebrations, team specific & company wide lunches/meals etc.
