This position is fully remote and available for applicants living in countries in Central America and Mexico, including Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama.Please submit your resume in English. **Availability to work on weekends upon request is a must.**ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Client Success Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' daily operations. Your role involves smoothly managing projects from planning to execution, monitoring, and closure; ensuring success for both our clients and internal teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quick Response: Respond promptly and accurately to requests from both internal teams and external clients.
Communication Hub: Collect, understand, and effectively communicate project data between clients and our internal teams.
Reporting: Provide system reports or analytics to Account Managers, operations, clients, and management as needed.
Multi-tasking Pro: Juggle multiple activities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups and execution of products and services.
Knowledge Development: Build and maintain product and industry knowledge to become an expert in your field.
Progress Monitoring: Follow up on project progress to ensure successful execution.
Flexibility: Perform other assigned duties.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Business to Business relations/sales experience is a MUST.
Advanced English proficiency
2+ years of college studies or 3+ years of related experience.
Ability to build relationships and trust with internal teams and clients.
Strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
